Baby Care Package does offer refunds on products if you simply change your mind but be aware that it is subject to a staff members approval. We also offer a refunds where a manufacturing fault is present.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods for faults and notifying us within 30 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault present or if you are changing your mind. Any items returned must be in perfect, original condition with all packaging and labels. Baby Care Package must receive the returned item within 10 days of our Return Authorisation.
Please do not send any returns to us prior to speaking to a Customer Service staff member either by phone or email. You must be issued a Return Authorisation number prior to sending any goods. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted
For any returned items, you will NOT be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping to both Baby Care Package and back to your postage address. We strongly recommend using Registered Post as Baby Care Package will not be responsible for any lost or missing items.
